We have as much passion for the producers as for the products and our mission is to get the whole of the World to use local products. Together. With each other.

HelloFarmer makes local trading simple. On the map you can see which products are made where exactly and which you can buy. You can order products from your area and they are prepared at a collection point or even delivered to your home. This makes it very easy to supplement your groceries with the best that your region has to offer. We are not yet active in all Dutch regions. We like to keep the chain as short as possible. You buy the products directly from the farmer and he likes to hear what you think of his products. The delivery person is the only one who ensures that your order is in the right place. We don't work with powerful purchasing organizations because we don't like that very much. We believe in a short, fair and transparent chain where we know each other well. That is why we work in one cooperative of which all farmers are members and where their voice is really heard. That is so much fun.

We believe in a total experience of local products. If you know the wonderful stories of the producers, everything tastes better. That is why HelloFarmer expresses the passion for products in many ways. Mission

HelloFarmer strengthens and initiates regional initiatives to link the customer and producer as honestly and directly as possible. HelloFarmer  shows where your food comes from, and makes it fun to discover and buy those treats up close.

Vision

We work on an extensive fair, transparent food chain.

By making the chain short and transparent and distributing the money fairly, we have come a long way. But the real success depends on good cooperation and that everyone retains their own identity and has a voice. That is why HelloFarmer is organized cooperatively and all producers and sellers are members.

We realize this chain with an online platform, marketing, digital services, webshop, automated logistics and financial administration. In this way we make regions stronger and attractive together.

Organization and our principles

HelloFarmer embraces local producers who make beautiful products with passion. We want you to be able to trust us and the producers, which is why we apply a few principles.

HelloFarmer applies the following principles to itself:

1. We form 1 cooperative with the producers and the general meeting of members is the highest organ

2. We do not build up financial capital, because we distribute excess capital to the members

3. We earn money by a fixed amount per order. Not by a percentage of sales.

We like to take care of our producers. HelloFarmer is not in favor of assessing which products are good or even better. We are not going to do that, as long as we are honest about it. That is why we have a number of principles that you as a producer can and want to comply with.
